My experiences in fitness training include a focus on strength training and body shaping. My certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine is recognized as one of the top training certifications in the industry. The unique programs I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, sculpt your body and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises, as well as a healthy, sustainable nutrition approach, will have you in tip-top-shape (and shopping for new clothes) in no time.  I'll make sure that you get the best, most intense, and above all, the safest training experience possible. I train most clients in the comfort of their home or their apartment community. 

BOXING

NO TREADMILL REQUIRED

"I can't wait to get on the treadmill today" - said no person ever. Traditional methods of cardio typically have 2 things in common. 1. They don't build any recognizable skill. 2. They remind you of watching paint dry. My clients love putting on the boxing gloves and hitting the mitts for an intense, and incredibly fun boxing session. I teach the basics of footwork, punches, combinations, and conditioning. After 30 minutes you're sweating buckets, feeling like a total badass, and absolutely addicted! 

INJURY RECOVERY AND PREVENTION

As a Corrective Exercise Specialist certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I'll help get you back on track with personalized training to help get you as close to 100% as possible. 

1 SESSION-$50 (30mins)

12 sessions-$500 (30mins)

8 SESSIONS-$350 (30mins)

You'll get 3 sessions per week over the course of a month. We'll start with a no-cost assessment and then I'll build a custom program designed to address your individual goals. The program includes nutrition coaching.
