The basic program is a one on one online coaching program for those individuals that need great, customized training programs, but don’t have a need for nutritional guidance. You'll get a custom built workout for YOUR body to match your goals and improve your overall fitness level. 




  • Movement screening (via video)  

  • A bi-weekly phone call to check in 

  • Custom built, individualized program to balance overactive and underactive muscle groups and make running more efficient. 

  • Workouts delivered to a mobile device via Fitness Jones Training app.



  • Mobile device or PC with access to the internet

  • Dumbells of various weight, or an adjustable set

  • An exercise ball (Swiss ball)

  • An exercise mat

  • A foam roller

  • (Optional) gym membership
