Hey, I get it. You want to look good, feel good, and you want it YESTERDAY! Truthfully as a personal trainer I could probably figure out a way to trick your body into giving you some rapid results. We could work your body like a service animal. I could feed you an amount of calories DANGEROUSLY close to starvation, while giving you hours and hours of cardio.
We might ACTUALLY get away with it. Once.
What's more likely to happen is you're going to get burned out. Frustrated, sick/injured, or wreck your metabolism. So instead of trying to look / feel good within the next 15 minutes, how about learning to care for your body instead? Plant a seed for a healthy lifestyle with the understanding that if you do it right, it may take longer, but it's much more likely to be a permanent change.
It probably took more than 30 days to get OUT of shape right? Don't get angry with your body because it wont do something amazing in an unreasonable amount of time. Take your time, learn about your body, slowly adopt good habits and look good. For good.
